A well-maintained cell (sold separately) can produce 200 lbs. of 100% pure accessible chlorine, or the equivalent of a ton (literally) of liquid chlorine. The incredible advantage of salt chlorination is that it provides a more natural method of chlorinating your pool on its own. The W3SAS-PRO system attaches into 1-1/2″ or 2″ piping and is appropriate for in-ground pools up to 30,000 gallons. The control unit has a common socket that connects to a 120V GFCI outlet.
