Rust-Oleum™ Clean & Etch is an etching solution used to clean and degrease bare concrete surfaces to improve penetration and adhesion of coatings, paints, stains and sealants. 

• Neutralizes the pH of the concrete
• Interior/exterior use
• Safe to use near plants and grass

FOR BEST RESULTS

After use, rinse thoroughly (3 times) to ensure no etch remains on the surface prior to coating
